Quest To Lead and be Led

Note: You must be a member of an Academy with a Sponsor to complete this quest.

Talk to Pinter in the Blacksmith shop in Gludio.

He tell you to get a set of Academy armor you must collect all the ingredients. Your first task is to collect 10 bottles of Maille Lizardman Blood.

You can find these right outside the west door of town.

Come Back to Pinter. He will ask you to pick the type of armor you want, Heavy - light - or robes. Make sure you choose the correct type for your class! Ask your sponsor if you are unsure what type to get, they can help you decide.

Next Pinter tells you to ask your sponsor to bring 771 D crystals to him. This is for light and Robes Armor. You will need 922 for heavy Armor. You will need to wait here for them to come because we are not finished yet. After you sponsor shows up with the crystals, they have to hand them to Pinter (not you).

Now your sponsor needs to talk to Blacksmith Pinter.

Once the sponsor hands over the crystals, your quest log will pop up confirming this and you will need to talk to Pinter again. He now sends you and your sponsor off to kill King Arachnids and collect 8 of their legs.

Head out the same gate that you did to get to the lizardmen. The spiders are in the same general vicinity. Collect 8 of their legs with your sponsor there with you.

Head back to Gludio and speak with Pinter again. He will award you your armor when you return.

if you choose this quest you can't do the other quest "The Leader and the Follower"
