Quest the Leader and the Follower

NPC: Newyear
Type: Solo / One Time Only
Reward: D grade Clan armor set

This quest is to receive a D grade Clan armor set.
Note: You must be a member of an Academy with a Sponsor to complete this quest. Type: Solo / One Time Only

Talk to Newyear in the Blacksmith shop in Schuttgart. He tell you to get a set of Academy armor you must collect all the ingredients. Your first task is to collect 10 bottles of Bruin Lizardman Blood.

You can find these right outside the east door of town. Come Back to Newyear
He will ask you to pick the type of armor you want, Heavy - light - or robes.
Make sure you choose the correct type for your class! Ask your sponsor if you are unsure what type to get, they can help you decide.

Next Newyear tells you to ask your sponsor to bring D crystals to him.
For Robes or Light armor you will need 771 crystals. The Heavy set will cost 922 crystals.

You will need to wait here for them to come because we are not finished yet. After you sponsor shows up with the crystals, they have to hand them to Newyear (not you).

Once the sponsor hands over the crystals, your quest log will pop up confirming this and you will need to talk to Newyear again. He now sends you and your sponsor off to kill Piccat Arachnids and collect 8 of their legs.

Head out the gate that leads toward the Crypts of Disgrace. Before you cross the bridge you will come upon the Piccat Arachnids.

Collect 8 of their legs with your sponsor there with you. Head back to Schuttgart and speak with Newyear again. He will award you your armor when you return.

Note: if you choose this quest you can't do the other quest "To Lead and be led"
